“Business hotel, incredible comfortable”
Reviewed August 31, 2011

We stayed at this hotel because we wanted a suite, an indoor pool, and proximity to the Jersey beaches. It is located in a corporate park, about 25 minutes to Asbury Park and 45 minutes to Seaside Heights and is near the Monmouth Executive Airport. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the pool is small but relaxing. The staff is pleasant. The breakfast is $12.95 a person, so we skipped it. The internet is complimentary, but it goes s-l-o-w-l-y at night when everyone returns to the hotel. During the day it was quick. There is a flat-screen television in each room. The blackout curtains function well, which combined with the comfortable beds (king bed and sofa bed) made for a great night of sleep. The room had a kitchenette, complete with an extra sink, mini fridge, and microwave. The room was very clean, as were the pool and exercise room. The parking was convenient. Our only complaint is that the trash cans are small which we didn't mention to the staff because it seemed too nitpicky. I mention it here to recommend you bring a trash bag.

Room Tip: Definitely get a suite at this hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night, we had a late check in, around 12 midnight. The night auditor, Faith, was extremely helpful. She upgraded our room, asked if we needed a wake up call, and was overall very pleasent. I had a problem with the key, I went back to the front desk and she quickly made me two new keys that worked. Then my sister realized she left her iphone charger at home so she asked faith if there were any in the lost and found she could borrow. After finding one, it didn't work. Then she went above and beyond by asking the manager on duty if my sister could borrow her charger. That was a big help. This hotel is awesome and so is the staff!

We traveled to the area for a softball tournament. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The staff could be better trained. Several members of our group had issues with their key cards not accessing their rooms, necessitating a trip to the front desk, several times a day. Other than that, everything was great. Rooms were very large and clean. Hotel bar was very pleasant.

This was our dilemma: visit with family at the shore for one night -- but not stay in a wildly overpriced, nasty, unclean, noisy, touristy seaside honky-tonk. We weren't here for the beach scene. We were here for a family gathering. So we found this place. Right price (comparable, if not less than decent ones in Pt Pleasant Bch). Practically brand new with lovely amenities (fridge in your room! free internet! but no safe). Only 2 drawbacks, neither of which are horrible: tricky to find at first + hard to get in/out of; and farther north of Parkway than I thought (total 20 min drive to PPB).
Bottom line: same or better price for safe, quiet, luxurious accommodations! If you want to be in the midst of beach scene nightlife, this is not for you. But if you like the 'safety' and creature comforts a chain provides (and don't mind a 20 min drive to get it), then this is for you.

I was on a vacation for the new jersey marathon and was not able to find much in the area, so did a priceline search and wound up here.

PROS: clean rooms, nicely heated pool (but very small); quiet; east to get to; free wireless internet; computer station in lobby to print boarding passes; free paper in lobby; microwave/fridge in room; sleeper sofa; nice large desk to work on

CONS: not much around except a Wawa store; no free breakfast and breakfast buffett was over 12$ - ouch;

this hotel is located adjacent to a corporate park and near the naval station so i am guessing it is more targeted at the bussiness traveler - who likely has a per diem that he does not mind spending in the overpriced restaraunt and evening lounge. The restaraunt was not even open in teh evenings on teh weekend so we had to go somewhere else, and there is not much close by.

I am not a big fan of this chain for the money, but it was not a horrible stay, just not a great value for what i (the leisure traveler) is looking for

Been to the area twice this year during cold weather months & stayed here both times. Don't know much about what goes on in Wall Township but this hotel is an incredible value for a very, very good place to stay. My recent stay was as good as the first. I wonder where they get their staff as they are all smiles,helpful & polite; clearly drinking the Marriott KoolAid. The front desk experience was surreal: room key in hand in about a minute from an attentive "want to do whatever it takes" employee. The lobby area has couches, a sitting area, flat screen tv's, a restaurant (didn't eat here), small bar area & what looked like a gas burning fireplace; all new, clean & welcoming. The indoor pool is quite small, no good for swimming but more like for taking a dip. The room was spotless, smelled clean, all new carpeting, furniture. The bathroom was also new & spotless. The bed was super comfortable, nice sheets & blanket with many pillows of all types of varieties. There's plenty of parking in a large well-lit lot & it's right off a major road & about 1 mile from the Garden State Parkway. The bottomline is this is a great place to stay & a great value, so if you're going to be anywhere in this area this should be your top choice.
