“Turkish Food”
Reviewed September 2, 2012

It seems it is never crowded that is if you go before 7 pm. The service is not the best. You have to try their shepherd salad and the kebobs are tasty.

“Real authentic Turkesh food.”
Reviewed April 29, 2012

My family and I have been eating (and taking out) food at Beyti Kebab for twenty years. When they first opened in the late 1980s, they did not have a menu. Now, they not only have a menu, they have expanded the restaurant and the quality of the food and service has not suffered. If you want to eat authentic Turkish food (middle eastern food) and feel that you have left the country, go to Beyti Kebab.

“Great food, good prices and linoleum ambiance”
Reviewed February 28, 2012

Authentic turkish food as evidenced by the Turkish families dining there. The good is wonderful.....great appetizers to share. The hot turkish bread is so tempting when it hits the table but save room for the delicious entrees. The lamb and chicken are grilled to perfection. Service is functional. Ambiance is kitchen linoleum. Stop by the store in the front of the restaurant for lamb meat and middle eastern groceries but don't expect a smile from the grumps behind the counter.

“Extensive menu, limited flavor”
Reviewed December 31, 2011

Pros :
Lots of items on menu
Lots of sitting space, clean/neat
Good service
Big potions for dishes
Warm bread basket before meal very nice

Cons:
Limited vegetarian options
Falafels seem undercooked
Food is not too flavorful
Should add more options with sauces or spices to dishes

“A great value close to the Lincoln Tunnel”
Reviewed October 31, 2011

I have had dinner here at least 4 times and was never disappointed. Go for the Beyti Kebabs, ground lamb mixed with spices and grilled to perfection, served with rice and grilled peppers. Also, start off the meal with the Shepard's Salad with creamy feta cheese, you won't be disappointed.
