The room smelled like an armpit. The breakfast was a "buffet".... $13.00 per person for a buffet consisting of five hot items. Asked the receptionist about a continental breakfast (we saw some cereal and bagels next to the hot food), and were told there was one. Then asked another receptionist and was told we were misinformed. We were told to try one of the diners nearby.

The first night we arrived at 10:02 and called to see if the pool was open. We were told it closed at 10pm. The second night we went to the pool at 9:20 to find it locked. Asked the receptionist and we were told that it closes every night at 9:00pm.

The room keys worked intermittently, and we found ourselves having to scan them several times to get the door to unlock.

The only good thing about the hotel was the maid. She was cleaning when we came back to our room around mid day of our second day, and asked us if we wanted specific things to be cleaned. She was very friendly and happy, and only did the things we asked her to.

We are planning trips back to the area in the future, and will definitely find a different hotel to stay in.

We were very disappointed with this particular Ramada, given our experience with this hotel chain. Our room was located at a separate building from the main building. If you can, ask for a room in the main building, as the room we were in had more CONS vs PROS going for it.

CONS: 1. Smelled of dampness when we arrived in our room. (We had to call to get room service to spray room deodorizer.)
2. Pillows too soft and bed too hard. We had less than a couple of hours sleep and got home more exhausted than when we left!
3. Room service....forget about it! I ordered from Angles (the restaurant in the main building) and had to pick up our food since they DID NOT deliver to our building (apparently our building was out of their zip code delivery range ....LOL).
4. We didn't feel safe. It seemed like there were people waiting outside our building at all hours of the night who did not have key cards and waited till someone to come by to enter the building.

PROS: 1. Clean room and bathroom.
2. AC kept the room cool.
3.. Breakfast till 11AM with 12 pm check out.

This was the cheapest ''nice' hotel in the area. It was all we were looking for and a little more. A 'Courtyard' would be a 4 star but cost twice as much. We had an issue with the desk lamp in our room and, after calling the front desk, it was replaced within 10 minutes. Nice service and a good place to stay.

I stayed during the 4th of july weekend and from the begining of my visit to me and my family checked was wonderful.The sevice provided by all the employees was excellent especially the front desk agents and houskeeping.I will truly reccomend this hotel and be back.

Stayed overnight for a wedding we attended. The room was a perfect ending to a fabulous night. Clean/ roomy/ affordable. Wedding was best we've ever been to. Food was fantastic. Front desk staff was super.

Upon check in we had a room that had a harsh odor and we opted to change rooms. When we changed our room the fridge and microwave were missing so I had to move the missing appliances to my room. I believe that the hotel would feel cleaner if it weren't for the carpets. The rooms were 20 minutes from the ocean and other locations. Once was enough, I would not stay there again....!
