“Supervisory staff lacking experience”
Reviewed March 7, 2013

While trying to decide what to order, the supervisor came to the table, ubruptly removed the tent card displaying the daily specials. Our waitress had previously stopped another person who tried to do the same. the waitress, upset about all this, reported the incident to management, but no one came to see us. Business as usual.

“A Great Experience”
Reviewed February 2, 2013 via mobile

We stopped at the Olive Garden on our way back from the shore and because they offer a gluten free menu.

We've eaten at Olive Gardens in the past but never under the restrictions that a gluten free lifestyle presents when dining out.

Well, we couldn't have had a better experience and the lions share for that belongs to our server, Peggy.

She couldn't have been more helpful, understanding the challenges and offering a number of suggestions.

We will definetly be back!

“Big group handled well”
Reviewed January 30, 2013

We had twelve for dinner and three small children. Our waitress was wonderful and also so friendly. My niece has peanut allergies and when we asked about the desserts she was so honest with us that there was no nuts but that the staff can't guarantee that the facility that makes them doesn't use nuts. So many places just brush off when you ask questions about allergies. They where honest and said to not order the dessert to be safe. She even brought my niece Andes mints which was nice.

“Favorite chain restaurant”
Reviewed January 20, 2013

Soup and salad is a favorite lunch. Filling and healthy meal. Seafood Portofino is my favorite dinner with Toscano soup as a starter. Love their chairs with wheels, easy to get at your food.

“Worst service in years!”
Reviewed December 27, 2012

We had some gift cards for OG, so we decided to go for lunch. The food was "decent" as it usually is. Mediocre at best. But, the service was terrible. We had this woman who greeted us by throwing our coasters in the center of the table. So, I straightened them out and put them in front of our guests. Then when she brough the drinks, again she tried to sort of toss the kids drinks on the table and rolled one on it's side across the table. She made three errors in our order and never refilled our drinks. She had a terrible attitude and when we ordered dessert, she seemed annoyed. At anyrate, she was bad enough that I wanted to complain to a manager on the spot, but they were super crowded. I won't be going back, even if I get a giftcard.
