This restaurant does not take reservations but has a call ahead policy. So, right before we are ready to head out we can call and put our name on the list. A table is always ready and waiting upon our arrival. My favorite appetizer is the fried aged provolone. The provolone is baked in a skillet with tons of garlicky goodness. It's a show stopper. The veal or chicken parmesan are delicious. Both are succulent and well seasoned. Their gravy has a delectable sweet and tangy balance. Just because they are both common entrees doesn't mean every restaurant can do them well. Marabella's attempt is a success.
I've never gotten dessert here. That's what Springers is for next door.
