My husband and I were so looking forward to trying this new restaurant in the Lilly's "family". We are frequent regulars at her other restaurants, Lilly's and Cafe America in Doylestown, which are our favorite lunch spots. We also highly recommend Lilly's on the Canal in Lambertville, NJ. However, this new restaurant is not up to the standards of those restaurants and at significantly higher prices than the Doylestown restaurants. The beet salad had no harmony, the ingredients seemed thrown together over a pale green romaine lettuce. Although large, it was not worth $12. Goat cheese crustini was dry and not warm. The crab cake sandwich had a tasty crab cake but the roll was too large and hard for the soft middle. Fries were not crispy. This restaurant has a long way to go in quality, taste, and presentation. We have many better options in the area.
