Wonderful cozy restaurant in heart of Spring Lake. The regular menu has old standards but the specials are really worth a try.

Good food, good portions and a BYOB! What's not to love

I had one of the best omelettes ever. They were busy, and we had to wait a while for lunch, but it was well worth the wait. Everything we ordered was delicious. Simple, delicious food.

The food tasted good but the place is dusty and it was not so clean in general. I wouldn't go back. Not recommended.

We wanted to try a new place for breakfast and decided to check our Ray's-we were a bit underwhelmed. Our omelettes and potatoes were very salty and I really haven't ever had an omelette that was so flat and flimsy. They were not fluffy and therefore each bite fell flat with the additions being larger than the egg-strange. Kids had pancakes and they were tasty. The staff seemed to be all young kids but they were on it-it seemed well managed. Had to use the restroom and when we walked to the back to get to it, there was a bit of a musty smell-happy to have sat in front of the restaurant. We will keep searching for a great breakfast joint!

Went here on the recommendation of our B&B, but were very disappointed. Maybe the lunches are better, but this restaurant tried very hard with an upscale dinner menu, and it just didn't fly. I ordered a fish dish with striped lobster stuffed ravioli. Sounded good. We waited a long time for our main course, and finally the dish came out room temperature and the sauce it was sitting in tasted EXACTLY like Campbells cream of tomato soup (made with milk) and from the sight of it, it had been sitting a long time. The striped ravioli looked pretty but it was very dry and tasted bland. I think the cost of the dish was close to $30. so I really expected more. Can't speak for other folks, but my dinner was definitely a dud.
