Hadn't been to The Mill in a long time. Just never thought of going there. I didn't know what I was missing. Food was very good, with a wide selection. For 24.95 per person you can certainly have breakfast lunch and dinner. Only thing I would change older or more experienced person on the craving station, and more distinct areas so the lines didn't back up so much. Can't imagine the lines during the summer. Overall very good, not rushed and a wide aray of different foods to choose from.

We just celebrated a family 100th birthday at the Mill and the event couldn't have been better. The setting was lovely and the service was admirable. We were 36 adults, three teens, three younger kids and an infant. The staff made sure all guests' needs and special requests were promptly met. They were entirely professional, uniformly good-natured, and quick to respond when needed for serving and clearing. We would highly recommend the Mill for similar celebrations.

We loved our dinners and the Jazz band playing just made it that much more special. They were excellent.

My wife and I went to The Mill for dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Whispers in Spring Lake used to be our fave, but now it is definitely The Mill. They gave us a great table, right by the pond and the fountain. The menu had lots of interesting choices made with seasonal ingredients. I like to "graze", so I ordered three different appetizers and a veggie -- the oysters, mini crab cakes, lamb lollipops and ginger-glazed vegetables. My wife had a more traditional meal -- green salad and the veal scallopini (which wasn't really scallopini, but medallions of veal tenderloin.) Everything was outstanding, with lots of little extra touches on each plate. For example, the veal plate had grilled peaches, caramelized onions, potato pancakes and sauteed ramps. Service was pleasant and attentive, but not overbearing. All of that good food, and our total bill was $72 (tax included, but no wine or drinks.) We'll definitely be back.
