Description: Old world charm meets new world hospitality in this lovely lakeside landmark. A longtime locals favorite serving award winning classic continental cuisine with a modern flair. “Barrymoore Tavern @ The Smithville Inn”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 25, 2014

Great place for fabulous cocktails at the end of the day. The bartender "Stephanie" is very professional and makes the best "Cosmos"! Cozy, rustic atmosphere with a working fireplace. They have a bar menu and the Smithville Inn dinner menu is also available. Live jazz is offered on Wednesday evenings.

“Excellent food, charming place!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 23, 2014 via mobile

We found this area on accident on our way to Atlantic City. What a wonderful area. The Smithville Inn had great food and excellent service. The prices were very reasonable for such a lovely place. I enjoyed quiche with fruit. My boyfriend had a rib sandwich. Both were excellent. You must stop in, you will enjoy!

“Just OK”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 23, 2014

Dinner was good, not amazing. My husband had the prime rib. It was dry and they did not have aujue sauce. His potatoe was black inside but the replaced it with a new one when he was finished eating. I had the special paella, it was very good. Service was ok. We went on a Sunday night so it was not crowded. We were able to sit near the window. Very pretty.

Spent a cool spring day at Smithville Village and decided to have lunch at the historic Smithville Inn. Service was very attentive and great. Food was very good. Ambiance also very nice in the restored restaurant. Very enjoyable.
