This is a re-birth of the old Four Seasons at the East Orange Municipal Golf Course (in Short Hills, not East Orange). They did a complete tear-down and rebuild. The place is much larger, high ceilings and they spared no expense on the furniture and décor. There is a long bar and a spacious dining area. And outside porch seating overlooking the course. The menu is extremely ambitious (maybe it will be pared down after they see what is most popular). Choices are everything from burgers to sushi to rack of lamb and prime rib. Drinks are reasonably priced. Quality of the food is good - a bonus since they have only been opened approx. 2 months. Definitely will get a return visit.
