“Super Italian Restyrant in South Jersey”
Reviewed February 25, 2013

My wife and I have visited this resturant many times and have never been disapointed. Fine Italian food which is very good. The food is fresh the portions large. It is a BYOB so you can bring your favorite bottle of wine along. The service is excelent and the prices very resonable. They have a Sunset Menu everyday. Which is a three couse meal for a fixed price of $12.95. I would highly recomend this resturant if you are in the area.

“Excellent Restaurant”
Reviewed December 13, 2012

Dinner for four for under $60? Many choices on their Sunset menu, soup and salad included.
I ordered the chicken aurora, which was excellent. Our waitress was very nice and we never felt rushed. Brought our wine and were able to relax and finish the bottle after dinner. Will be back soon.

“Somewhere you can have dinner often”
Reviewed October 3, 2012

This is a place because of the quality, friendlieness, and value you can visit very often and when in that location we do. I have never had a bad meal wheather I have had veal, fish or pasta. Great salad and soups. Wait staff is very tenative and friendly. There is also a location in Pitman that I enjoy also and food is very consistent. Hard to name a dish I did not like. Try their deserts. Tough to say no! They have a sunset menu that is a "terrific value" I highly recommend this place. Only reason for no 5 stars in Sewell is that the place when full and that is most the time gets a little too loud.

“Good Italian food - good value”
Reviewed August 27, 2012

Wow, what a pleasant surprise when we first dined at both the Sewell and Pitman locations. Have been back several times. This is an Italian restaurant, not a pizza parlor.

Pros: Consistently good, traditional and unusual Italian dishes - so far all delicious. The Sunset Menu is available all evening Mon - Thurs and until 6 on Fridays. Not your typical Sunset Menu. It includes the garlic bread, soup & salad of the day (no choice) and a large choice of excellent large portion main dishes. We have also had specials outside of this menu- such as broccoli raab w/ shrimp, garlic & oil over gniocchi - so good. Service is good. Pleasant atmosphere. The Pitman location is right next to the Pitman Broadway Theater. Staff is happy to serve you keeping in mind you have a show at a certain time next door.

Cons: None really, small issues - No choices of soup & sald with sunset menu meals. However soup has always been good and the meal itself is worth the price. The salad is small & dressing could be better.

“Food very good, but...”
Reviewed August 20, 2012

I realize that with having a "sunset menu" that means get them in and get them out, but it just seems toooooooo rushed. Your appetizer comes and then your salad is at your table in just minutes and before you know it, dinner is at your table. A meal is supposed to be an enjoyable experience, but being rushed in and out so quick, does not make for an enjoyable meal. Slow down !!
