The restaurant offers fresh fish, chicken, pasta & some vegetarian entrees. We went during restaurant week. Their special including soup or salad, entrée & dessert for $30. But, they charged for coffee & some other incidentals that I thought should have been a bit less, which ran our bill up.

The food was pretty good, but not outstanding. The service was also good. The restaurant is jammed for space & pretty noisy (never a good thing for me). Also, cold at our table from the draft at the front entrance.

I wanted to like it more than I did. Nice that it is in downtown Red Bank. Also BYOB is always a plus for me.

we were delighted to participate In "red bank restaurant week". This promotion allows for people to sample our place at with a prix fixe menu . we had offerings that fell within the confines of the prix fix , along with regularly prices items for those that could choose NOT the prix fixe OR for a small "up charge ". we are sorry that you did not understand that beverages, tax and gratuity were NOT included for all of the 27 restaurants in Red Bank .

In reference to the "noise"... during the week we were seated at full capacity . 60 people in one room engaging in conversation will be a bit noisy .

in reference to the cold... it has been some of the coldest weathers that we have endured .

we are sorry that your experience was not what you anticipated .

the best way enjoy any eatery is to come during regular business hours. we hope you choose to "come to our table" and Red Bank... again .

Food was good. Service was good. Saying that, this place is highly overrated for what it is. It is difficult to get a reservation here due to the small space not excellence.

food was great LAST YEAR
atmosphere was wonderful LAST YEAR

the last 4 visits food has turned to eggplant parm and chicken parm??? really???

attitude of wait staff and owners just convince us and our friends to not ever return again
just look at their response to a trip advisor review from
oct 12, 2013 from b_lang3

rather than just apologize again and accommodate a regular guest,
they continue to berate and condescend.
terrible. terrible terrible attitude

I never write reviews but I am shocked that my iphone 5 was stolen from the bathroom. It is a small place with return guests. And they know everyone. The 2 woman chef's did nothing to help.

this guest advised us that she brought her phone to the bathroom with her, thinking she left it there; could not find it.
with my staff, we searched all trash receptacles, moved the side tables in the two bathrooms, looked upon our bookshelves, checked under all tables in the dining room.
we asked for her name and contact information, and would advise her if the phone would indeed resurface.
this in NOT "doing nothing". we are sorry for her upset

Sooo disappointing. We have been regulars to this restaurant and the past three experiences show that it is on a downward spiral.

Service is verging on grating and annoying. The staff demeanor is far from pleasant or inviting. Why is there not a regular sever in all the years? Why is the staff just so stiff that the menu seems uninviting.

The menu really has some regular item which is ok but it is beginning to lack originality .

Overall a mediocre experience , what was a great restaurant is now on a downward spiral.

Obnoxious owners have rubbed off on their staff.
