“Anthonys better this time”
Reviewed October 1, 2012

Our first review of Anthony's was just O.K. Since that review in May we have been back two more times and have upgraded the review as you can see. First we now know to bring a little bottle of hot sauce with us for our wings. They do not allow hot sauce at Anthony's so we overcame that problem. We also found out you can order a lunch salad at dinner with is more suited for two people and cheaper than the dinner salad for also. We try to skip the cocktails at Anthony's since they are pricey for a pizza joint. We like the pizza ( a Brooklyn- Gramaldi's type ) pizza that is crispy or well done as they say. It also works out better going with at least three people for dinner as the pizzas are large. All of these tips have made the bill alot easier on the wallet which was our main coplaint the first time. P.S in nice weather you can sit outside which can be fun.

“Doesn't get much better than this”
Reviewed August 12, 2012

My son and daughter in law treated me to dinner last evening at Anthony's Coal Fire Pizza. Simply WOW....Yes, arrive early it gets crowded....the parking lot fills quickly, but those small problems are easily overcome with GREAT FOOD. A fabalous, fresh salad. Grilled chicken wings to die for. (the don't need any sweet sauce) Meatballs in a wonderful red grav. We shared two types of pizza. Grilled Cauliflower and Plain cheese. they are thin, crispy crust and delicious. Never imagined Cauliflower could enhance a pizza. Yes, it is pricey...but believe me you get what you pay for...Folks this is kind of fast-food pizza. Certainly not elegant Italian dining. Yes, it is crowded and a bit noisy. Again small concerns...the food is GREAT! Service was fast, friendly and very attentive. Try it- you'll like it!

“Quality Drift”
Reviewed August 12, 2012

My wife and I recently had dinner at this busy restaurant. This was our second time, the first was when they first opened a few months ago. Since our first visit we noticed a distinct difference in their celebrated wings. They were not as fresh and were definitely more salty. Our vegetarian pizza was burned in places and only average. The service and atmosphere were still excellent but the quality of the food had deteriorated. We will not be going back.

“Consistant Among Other Florida Locations”
Reviewed May 29, 2012

We ordered wings, pizza, and NY Cheescake (splurge day) and it was exactly the same as in Fort Lauderdale and Delray Beach. That's pretty impressive! The only difference is the staff seems friendlier at this location ;) The wings, if one hasn't been to an Antohony's are Italian style (grilled wings tossed with rosemary and sauted grilled onions over pita/bruschetta-style bread. Pizza is wood-fired (and 'well done"). Cheesecake slices are huge!
