My husband and I did that, and it was a night to remember. We began with oysters, seviche, sardine and bruscetta. Then amazing lamb chops, and tiramisu, I can't even remember everything, but I can't wait to go again. He is totally 'old world' believes in perfecting tradition (he says).

As I wander by Camillo's a few times a week we finally decided to try the food again after a hiatus of some three years, figuring that if it continued to survive it had to have it's good qualities. And it did. The service was polite and efficient and the food serviceable, though perhaps a bit expensive given the quality. While the four of us generally enjoyed our dishes there were elements that were somewhat disappointing. Two of us ordered dished with truffle oil where the taste of truffle was more imagined than real. Some of the pasta we received was overcooked, and one diner noted that her veal parmesan was tough. We enjoyed the fact that while one could purchase wine from a limited menu including the featured local press from Hopewell Valley, that you could bring your own bottle without a corkage fee. The rice pudding tart is worth going back for.

Just restaurant is one of the best kept secrets in Princeton. They specialize in Italian seafood dishes. Their reasonable and their other dishes are magnificent . As one of my favorite places in Princeton The Veal Parmesan with homemade fettuccine is as good as it could get at a reasonable price. I given five stars for the food. However the one with his limited and needs improvement.
Although there's a liquor store a few storefronts down I suggest purchasing your wine and liquor store and bringing it to the restaurant

We've always been happy with the food and ambience at Camillos .The staff have been friendly and eager to please. You can't miss with the oysters or fresh fish and sea-food pastas.Everything is cooked to order so service is on the leisurely side--definitely a place to go when not in a hurry.
