the property was well kept. the staff was very helpful and Informative. the rooms were very comfortable and clean. the staff that worked the 3pm shift when we arrived on wednesday was very helpful and friendly and gave us some good information regarding attractions in the area.the excercise room has a good amount of equipment and the room was also kept clean we spent some time walking around the property and sitting in the lobby while waiting to engage in other activities and were very comfortable in both settings. we didnt have any problems or concerns except that our door to the room seem to to stick a bit and not open right away. once we reported it it was taken care of right away and the staff that assisted us was also very friendly. we had a reallly great stay. we would tell our friends to stay as well..

Room Tip: go mid week you will have more choices and a better room rate. the higher floors have less noise

I booked one night for a bachelorette party, and as the maid of honor, I feel terrible about it. The Miss America pageant was happening this weekend, so accommodations were difficult to find at a decent price. Other than the price, this hotel was horrific. We checked in and were given our keys for a room on the first floor. We thought that was great until we entered the room. The room had an overpowering odor of mildew that was almost making us lose our lunch. We called the desk and they had no problem moving us to a room on the 2nd floor. This room smelled much better, so we were happy. They get props for that at least. But we did see the cleaning service walking in and out of rooms on the first floor spraying deodorizer, which tells me that they are aware of the stink and will happily let you stay there if you don't say anything. Later we called for extra towels (because the room only had 2 for 4 guests) and were told we could have only 2 more. Doesn't the desk clerk have a key to the linen area? You would think, but no. So for towels you're on your own. We went out and came back at night only to see there's some sort of night club going on in an area on the first floor. All we could smell is pot smoke and hear the bass from the speakers. This was accompanied by various shady people walking around the lobby, making us uncomfortable. I can go on, but it would just be redundant. Overall, the hotel is a disappontment. It looks borderline abandoned, in disrepair, and the first floor rooms aren't fit to house animals, let alone people. I would rather sleep in my car than endure another night there. Shame on this hotel for continuing to operate in these conditions. I will make my displeasure known.
