This is an awesome hotel !!! The front desk staff is second to none. The housekeeping staff was very accommodating. We couldn't have picked a better hotel.
The studio suite was very spacious and comfortable.
The two bedroom suite was also very spacious; it had a fireplace too. We chose it because of the full kitchen. Our family of five and all of our stuff fit nicely.
This hotel is conveniently located. It's not far from New York City and it's close to major highways. It's also close to stores and restaurants.
Special thanks to Matt (night auditor) for your over the top customer service and Job-like patience.
An extra special thanks to Ramon Chappell for your par ecellent customer service. You made us feel more like family than hotel guests. Thank you so much !!!
This trip would not have been the success it was without the two of you !!!

Overall wonderful experience. We stayed for five nights and the staff was fabulous. Ramon was on duty four of the five days we were there and made a point of making sure we were happy with the service each day that he saw us. There is a courtyard with BBQ that is there for the guest use. He made sure both units were cleaned and that we had the utensils to use. He was most accommodating at the dessert bar which is a great add on and worth the stay in and of itself. He makes a killer granola trail mix - we made sure it was all gone. Housekeeping is beyond wonderful. The staff is friendly and attentive to needs if you require additional towels, pillows or other amenities. This is the closest thing to staying in a family home. We were a group of 10 in 3 rooms and the continental breakfast was more than adequate for everyone in the party. Overall a five star plus. Big rooms and vanity separate from the toilet for easy sharing without compromising privacy.

Room tip: Elevator centrally located. Rooms closer to elevator obviously get more foot traffic and are noisier.

Stayed for one night in Mid Oct (checking in the night of Oct 9).

I have Marriott Gold status, but was refused an upgrade (desk clerk said none available, though Marriott website showed upgraded rooms were available). It's confusing why some hotels still try to pretend that travellers don't have info on room inventory.

Room was OK.

Breakfast the next morning was not as good as other Residence Inn's. Selection didn't seem as good.

Grounds were well maintained.

We were treated with kindness and the staff was very helpful in anything that we needed. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, making it a nice home away from home. Thank you Ramon for being such an excellent host and making us feel welcome.

Quick facts:
Pros: Location near pretty much everything you could ever need, large rooms, friendly and accommodating staff, pet friendly...
Cons: Building and rooms could use a little attention, high prices, challenging parking situation, pet friendly... for a steep price

I needed a room in the area for a few nights and this was one of the only hotels in the area that accepted pets, albeit for a one-time non-refundable charge of $100. We tend to frequent Marriott properties whenever possible and had a positive experience at a Residence Inn in Reno, NV a couple weeks prior. This hotel was very much the same except it seemed to be suffering from some minor neglect. The room was somewhat worn and even things often overlooked like the sign on the building needed attention, such as a large number of light bulbs. Usually Marriott properties are very well cared for.

The staff was great- I needed to extend and the woman behind the desk moved mountains to make it happen. Being in a great location near a lot of companies and shopping, this is obviously a popular choice for business travelers and therefore is frequently booked to capacity. Because of this, parking close to an entrance is sometimes a chore.

There is the potential for this to be a great hotel but going by what they charge, there is quite a bit that could be better.

Room tip: Floors seemed thin so request a top floor room if you don't want to hear someone above you.
