We were here for several days for a conference. The hotel is in dire need of a refurbishment. There was high occupancy throughout our stay due to the many companies that are based in the area. The hotel staff is friendly and efficient however, the hotel meeting space and guest rooms are run down. Many of our colleagues complained that there was no heat available in their rooms. We had a room with a connecting door and there is no soundproofing. Our "neighbor" was very loud.
The banquet meals were very good and there is a Ruth Chris's Steak House in the hotel.
There is nothing nearby if you would like to get out of the hotel, however the hotel will provide a shuttle to take you a short distance. I suspect that the shuttle is used mostly to transport guests to and from the local corporations. If you want to go shopping at the closest mall, which is two miles away, they will call a taxi for you.

I am a Hilton Platinum member for the last 3 years have stayed here about once a month as its close to a regular client I work with. In over 25 visits I have never been ugraded. The rooms are extremely noisey and many are not in a good state of repair. Some staff are good and others horrible. Room keys have stopped working on my last 2 visits requiring a long walk back to the front desk each time. Executive lounge is good but hidden away at the back of the hotel.

The Hampton Inn next door is as good or better.

How does this hotel rate anything with more than one star or ranking of greater than one??? The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Out of date, terrible lighting, terrible ventilation system, no hot water, absolutely no response from the front desk or maintenance ! I read the other reviews and they are saying the same thing and yet they have 3 and 4 ratings??? You would not stay at this hotel twice. Take my word and don't stay here once.....
It was not even my dime - I was on a business trip but no response by hotel was just no way to treat people who just need a place to sleep and clean up. WOW, this was bad and I'm a guy! I shouldn't even care....

No air for 3 nights. No hot water for 3 days. No assistance from the staff to solve these huge issues. Only response was that it would be cooling off in a few days, so it wasn't worth the trouble of having the AC turned on in the building.

This Hilton property has seen better days and should probably be downgraded to a lower end brand but its major drawback is the lack of noise insulation - from the highway nearby, the TV in the next room, etc... The only way to tune this out is to turn on the HVAC system, which makes such a racket that you forget about what troubled you in the first place.
