Only stayed a few nights but room was spacious and bed comfy. The pool closed early so never had an opportunity to utilize. Not far from from Manhattan and easily accessible via public transit apparently. Would definitely stay again.

I loved this hotel! The two pools are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable. Thomas, who works in the fantastic pub, was incredibly friendly and provided impeccable service. The front desk was knowledgeable and welcoming. Hope to stay here again when I am in the area! by Kristy G.

It was a great stay at the Sheraton Parsippany.We had come in for a wedding and only stayed for one night. I had a misunderstanding with my AAA and Pratika Vij at the front desk, went out of her way to help my family and I.Everything was clean and all the the people at the hotel were very nice and helpful.

What is it with luxury hotels and WiFi, they charge like wounded bulls and give lousy service. This hotel deserves 4 stars, but I deducted a star for their internet. See more below.The beds and bedding are luxurious, beautifully soft heavy duvet, separate sheet and light duvet so you can get the perfect setting when combined with excellent airconditioning. Our double room was beautifully fitted out, spacious and quiet.The bathroom small and ordinary with shower over small bath. Luxury towels. The hotel itself is a beautiful luxury building set in spacious park like grounds with ample parking. When we checked in we were told that you had to pay for WiFi in the room but they then gave us free WiFi through a system neither Meredith my wife or I could activate. Keep in mind we are both very IT savvy and can solve most problems. I gave up and decided to log into the hotels system at a cost of $9.95 plus taxes. It is a crap system, fast enough but it keeps dropping out, particularly when you try to use more than one device. I must have logged in at least 8 times. What it is with the internet and luxury hotels? We have traveled across the USA this month, in the cheaper hotels WiFi is free and excellent, but as soon as you hit a high priced hotel they have this garbage of charging you for WiFi, and only one device works at a time. Not good enough, I almost deducted another star.

We have been wanting to stay at this hotel for quite a while, so glad we finally got around to it!
The hotel from the outside is very beautiful, nice landscaping and well kept, the pond behind the hotel is great for a short stroll. Inside, the lobby is very nice (although furnishings are very sparse in the living room for some reason). We booked through tingo and were expecting a subpar room, but to our surprise we were upgraded to a gorgeous sunny corner room with five (!) windows, a pullout sofa, and two double beds. Our only gripe was that the bathroom was quite small and it was difficult to move around. The room itself was very spacious. We also got a complimentary fridge and internet in the room, both of which are supposed to cost money. Ask nicely and you shall receive (hopefully). We used the indoor pool as the outdoor was a bit cold, and it was very nicely decorated and refreshing. The health club, too, was very large and nice but closed too early (10 pm!!!!!) for us to take advantage of it. Overall we had a great stay at this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Room Tip: Corner rooms are the best! We had 258 which was perfect if you don't mind a parking lot view :-)

Sheraton looks like an impressive English castle with modern charm inside. The bed was super comfortable and overall it was a clean in room experience. Upon arrival, our front desk was Pratika and she went out of her ways to grant us a king bed ( despite our late 8pm check in). She was very polite and professional in explaining all dining and hotel amenities as she could sense we already had a hectic day. As a Starwood preferred guest, i have stayed at numerous hotels but Sheraton exceeds all others in New Jersey. The castle look, the modern interior and great customer centric front desk rank this hotel in one of my top Starwood hotel in Jersey.

Great stay at the Sheraton in Parssipany, every employee went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.
The pub was great, breakfast was also very good and Cesar is the best waiter you could ask for.
Overall great stay, my only iffy coment it would be the $9.95 for wifi use, i dont really think that a hotel as the Sheraton needs to charge you separately for wifi, add those $9.95 to another ammenety and offer free wifi, IMO.
