Thank you for your continued loyalty.
We had to visit this area for a family occasion and since my husband is handicapped it was recommended that we stay in this hotel. We were very happy that we did. It is a beautiful hotel with a central atrium, as I believe all Embassy Suites are, and I was immediately impressed by how clean it was. Not only the rooms and hallways, but the garden areas also. I didn't see any weeds, or dirt out of place, and the water in the fountains and streams was clear. There are ramps, steps, and paved pathways throughout the garden area, and it was really a pleasure to stroll along them. There is a restaurant in the area which serves breakfast to order, and in the afternoon has free popcorn and chips and salsa, with soda machines on the side. It is very restful to sit along the stream while you eat. We had two rooms, side by side, and both were spotlessly clean. They both contained a bar with extra sink, refrigerator and microwave. The bed linens were pristine white and each bed had four of the softest pillows I have ever slept on. The handicap suite had a handicap accessible bathroom and other amenities, with one large bed in the bedroom. The other suite had a different arrangement with two beds in the bedroom. It would have been nice to have a connecting door between the rooms, but it was not big thing and we would definitely stay there again if in the area. Can highly recommend.
Thank you so much going grannie for taking your time to provide positive feedback on our hotel in your recent Trip advisor post! We appreciate your business and would like to thank you for making the Embassy Suites Parsippany your choice hotel. Please let me know if you have any needs in the future for hotel accommodations and how our team may be of service. We appreciate your business.
I really really like this hotel. I have stayed here multiple times over the years and when I am out of room at my house for cousins we will set them up here. I love the hotel itself as soon as you step inside. All the floors are open with only railing so all the floors look out into the open atrium with skylights and loaded with live green tropical plants. It really makes you question if this design should be in Florida or right here in Parsippany. This to me is one of the best features of the hotel. Rooms have always been clean, spacious and never have had any issues with plumbing, TV, noise, etc. I have never tried the Italian restaurant in the hotel so I cannot comment on that. Another nice little touch is the hotel has a gift shop/general store which is a rarity in hotels around here, at nost you find just a snack stand with some meds and such but this one has shirts, hats, meds, drinks, snacks, etc. Last thing I really love about this place is the proximity to Boonton.
- Free breakfast and it is good!
- Free wifi

I have stayed at this hotel in the past. It has always been a awesome experience. Love the pool and Jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet has everything you ever wanted. Including a made to order omelette. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
M R, thank you for your gracious comments about our hotel, your stay and our team who keep the engines turning here at the hotel. I hope we have another opportunity to serve you on your next visit to Parsippany. We look forward to welcoming you.
First room offered smell of nicotine smoke - so thick that I began to cough. I requested a new room immediately. After 15 minutes of waiting to be reassigned to a new room, I was offered a handicap room or a room that has double beds. I was not offered a reduced rate for a room that did not meet what I originally reserved. When I arrived at new room, toilet was clogged. I was too tired to call again and complain about the room. Finally, the heat was dry and I woke up 3 different times thirsty. Very dirty room, with low lighting. I felt like I was at a dirty motel as opposed to a suite.

Embassy suites are always my hotel of choice! Exceptional customer focus, relaxing and beautiful rainforest ambience outside every room and well maintained. The breakfasts are incredible! All rooms are quiet since the living room (not the bedroom) borders the hallway.
