Pure has been opened about three months and this was our first visit there. It's nicely decorated and you're welcomed as as soon as you enter. We made a reservation to dine in the wine cellar. It was quieter than the main dining room. The waiter Nicholas was knowledgeable and offered suggestions regarding the wine list and the menu. The fire and ice shrimp appetizer was good. It could have been spicier. For entrees, two of us had Omakase for two. It's a delicious sushi dinner that includes soup and salad. Ten pieces of fish each with a different spiced topping were artfully presented.. The dinner included two excellent rolls. Also enjoyed were the lamb chops prepared and cooked to perfection. We tried several desserts including light, tasty crepes, the refreshing sorbet assortment (the mint was the best) and a hazelnut semifreddo with a filling that tasted like gelato. It was a wonderful dining experience and we will return to try other appealing menu selections. It's a little expensive but treat yourself.
