I receive emails monthly that I signed up for on their website & typically go at least once a month for dinner. Service has always been prompt when I've been for dinner & lunch.....never been dissatisfied with the food quality. Recently had my birthday brunch for 12 people there-they set up the bar area as a brunch buffet on Sundays with breakfast & lunch selections-it's just under $20 per person with a complimentary glass of champagne. Main complaint was there is always a 10% off brunch coupon emailed to me on the 1st of every month-as of this month, I've still to receive one. Would have liked to use it this past Sunday the 3rd when I spent $300 on brunch-gave the waitress a February dated one & advised I hadn't received the March one that I always receive the 1st day of the month-she went to the manager, came back , & told me I couldn't use the February one. Little annoyed at that as when I got home & checked my previous emails from Bensi-throughout the entire last year I received their monthly coupon email mostly on the 1st of every month with just a couple months receiving it on the 7th. Since we had a party of 12 for brunch, they automatically added 18% tip onto the bill yet weren't very attentive on refilling our drinks our entire stay. The bus boy did clean our plates off quite frequently. We were sure not rushed & allowed us plenty of time to enjoy a leisurely brunch but the service at brunch was definately NOT as attentive as it usually is it at lunch/dinner-not sure if that's due to the fact we were a large party or not. Food was good as usual-brunch was complete with chocolate fountain! It was many family members first experience there & they were pleased!
