At 232 Bay Avenue, this attraction travels around the end of the island to reach the ocean side of the island, where you "fly". Tide surge around the end of the island can be rough. We were the only family on the boat & asked the captain to take it easy, because the 6 year old had just eaten, was at obvious discomfort, and we did not want her to get sea sick. The captain did not slow the boat, he ignored the two requests. New Jersey boating laws require life vests for children under age 12 but I had to be firmly assertive before the mate provided vests for the 4 year old and 16 year old non-swimmer. We cannot recommend this attraction because of the attitude of staff on the boat.
