“..... A Sweet little golf course!”

Atlantic City Country Club

Owner description: As one of America's oldest and most prolific golf clubs, Atlantic City Country Club has been home to many firsts, including being the "Birthplace of the Birdie." The earliest traditions of this seaside links course are still evident today. Finely manicured fairways and large sloping green complexes protected by deep sand bunkers remain the course's signature as it did more than a century ago. Long carries over natural ponds and salt water marshes also make the course a formidable challenge for any golfer. Shifting breezes, the distinct scent of saltwater, and windswept fescue only add to the total experience. It's no wonder Atlantic City Country Club is named the #1 Public Golf Course in the State of NJ by Golf Week, Golf Magazine and Golf Digest. ATLANTIC CITY COUNTRY CLUB ALSO FEATURES THE TAPROOM BAR & GRILLE AND EQUISITE WEDDING AND BANQUET FACILITIES.

Recently I was invited to enjoy a round of golf w some friends. On our planning was the Atlantic City Country Club. Now I am only a casual golfer but wanted to share with you that this course is just breathtaking. I highly recommend you bring your camera for some beautiful background photos of the Atlantic City skyline. As a bonus you are just minutes from some wonderful local eateries and shopping. The staff at the course treated us very well and we enjoyed our golfing day. Consider a stop here, it's tops!

Good golf course, great views, excellent conditioning, of the course, great feel in the restaurant. Great views on the course, and in the dinning room. We loved it at the spring rates.

This place is part of Atlantic City and golf history. The course is old, tough and manicured. The locker room is a testament to sport and golf history. The restaurant has excellent views of the course, meadows and city and the food is first rate.

First time here and not the last. Golf course has a great layout and it is challenging. The food was AWESOME. It turned out to be restaurant week and WOW what a great priced menu and selection. Service is a joke... in the best way possible... they were all over us. With service and the place was busy. From the golf course to the club house this place was perfect. Service in the club house by Kathy and Patty could not have been better. Thank you. And in the pro shop Karen was very helpful as well as Mike the starter.

American Golf history is right here. Home of the Birdie! A great layout. Always in great condition. Charles Fahy runs a great Golf Operation here. This is a must play at least one time.
