I found this hotel very comfortable and clean. The rooms also have a coffeemaker, nice big flat screen tv's with lots of channels, a desk area, a couch, a floor lenght mirror behind the door, a sort of vanity area...
My favorite thing about it was the breakfast, with lots of choices and very tasty food. Or maybe I was just hungry.
Staff was nice and helpful both at breakfast and front desk.
Also its very close to NYC. I Can't remember exactly but it was about 5-10 minutes away.

This hotel does NOT have wireless, we stayed for 5 days and it didn't 'work' the entire time we were there. No free breakfast. No free shuttle bus. The staff were helpful and very kind. Rooms were clean but very old. Not all rooms have a safe or plasma tv even though the hotel says each room does. Close to NJ transit which takes you straight to New York (very convenient AND cheaper than the shuttle bus). The hotel is right by the highway so you hear constant noise from the traffic on the highway.
We apologize for any inconveniences during your stay. Our hotel website indicated that we offer shuttle service for a small fee and our Breakfast Café is a la carte with a full breakfast menu. We do not offer free breakfast at this location and it is stated on our website. We do offer free wifi and apologize for any technical difficulties with the Wi-Fi during your stay. Also, when making your reservation, our guests are informed of which rooms have plasma tvs, which are our Executive Elite and Business queen rooms. Nowhere on our site states that every room has a plasma tv and we apologize for the confusion. Our website does state shuttle service fees as well as NJ transit fees and that we are within walking distance of the Park and Ride or bus stop. Again we apologize for any confusion. This is the third time I've stayed in this hotel in order to visit NYC and each time it gets better. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, the cost is very reasonable, the rooms are well-outfitted and very clean, the lobby is comfortable, and the shuttle ($6 dollars one way) makes it easy to get across the river, right to Times Square. Drawbacks? The gift shop, where you must buy the shuttle tickets, is often closed (during its advertised hours), the shuttle staff seem a bit disorganized estimating what size shuttle they will need for each trip, and the shuttle was 1/2 hour late picking us up twice, (that was 2 out of 3), one time in the pouring rain. One little piece of advice - if it's the smaller shuttle that comes for you, don't sit near the wheel-well - unless they've got new shocks since we were there! On the other hand, our last day we had to come back at an unscheduled time and the shuttle staff arranged for an affordable car ride back - on top of which the driver went out of his way - enthusiastically - to help us get on the right highway out of the city and make sure we were alright. All-in-all, a good stay - and we'd stay there again - for convenience, affordability, cleanliness, and helpfulness.

We had an amazing time at this hotel after a horrible bus ride from JFK airport, it was fun and everything went great after we arrived, we can hardly wait to come back and will definetly be comming to stay at your hotel.
I'm very happy specially because we visited also Hoboken and NYC on the same day.

We are also located 15-20 minutes from Newark hotel (traffic permitted). We also offer shuttle service which picks up guests from our front door and will transport from our hotel to NYC and back for a minimal fee.
