We booked the hotel thinking that being just outside New York City would give us cheap rates and a quick shuttle into the city which was about 20min away. The first day we tried to take the shuttle we were charged $24 for a roundtrip ticket for two people ($12 Each) They asked us what time we would like to take the shuttle back and we replied 11pm because that was the last shuttle back. The cashier then informed us that because that shuttle ran late we would have to pay three extra dollars so instead we told him that we would just take the 10pm bus back, after we told him this he told us that he would give us a discount and not charge extra for the late bus. We proceeded to pay with a credit card and the cashier told us that there was a one dollar charge extra for using a credit card, which we had never heard of before but because it was only one dollar we obliged. The bus was then in fact 10 minutes late to pick us up. The next day we bought the same price of shuttle tickets with a different cashier and there was no charge for using a credit card. We were told that we could take the 8pm, 9pm or 10pm shuttle home and that the bus would wait for ten minutes before leaving. We arrived at the shuttle stop at 7:55pm and watched the shuttle leaving, we had just missed it. Yet we did not think that was it because they told us that they would arrive at 8pm and wait ten minutes so really it was not supposed to leave until 8:10pm. Another couple who was waiting for the same shuttle called them and told them that we had all just missed the bus, the shuttle group continued to tell us that they would send another bus right away to pick us up. We waited for a full hour when it only took twenty minutes to get into the city. So instead of sending another bus they made us wait for the 9pm bus. When we finally got back to the hotel we wanted to inform the men running the shuttle service about our frustration concerning the service. They simply replied that they had been there at 8pm and left around 8:05 but this was not the case because we were there at 7:55pm and watched the bus leave. The men running the service had no organization within his own paperwork and receipts and even got us confused with another group that was staying in an entirely different hotel. This group clearly has no organization or social skill because when we tried to explain our frustration they simply brushed us aside and said we were wrong all while interrupting us and executed rude mannerisms. I am extremely unhappy with the service I received here and would not recommend it to anyone. The moral of the story comes to be that this very unorganized service claws for extra money through fake charges and yet can not live up to the quality service of what they charge. They are overpriced and extremely rude. STAY AWAY.

i"m sorry to hear about your incident with the shuttle service. The service offered by an outside vendor and not opertaed directly by the hotel. However, I will personally speak with the Owner, Omar Khandi, and respond accordingly.
