“A little disappointing”

This hotel was nice and I was impressed when we walked in. I was with a group of students from TEXAS and we were exhausted from our long day. The room was nice however needs updated. Bathroom was horrible along with bad faucets in the shower. The shower head was not fully working because water came out the faucet at the same time. Trim was missing off the bathroom cabinets, regular maintenance needs desperately to be inspected. The electrical outlet in the lamp was so loose that it would not hold the charger. Beds were decent. Breakfast was ok. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Poor service, poor quality.....broken toilet seat in the bathroom, dishes left outside the room's door at 5PM when I checked into the room. Internet service that you need to pay for and keeps going down and a room on the Hilton Honor's floor that opens to the atrium so the nose comes up. Pay for the parking and internet and am a member of Hilton Honors. A cookie is suppose to make you feel like you are getting quality for your money ?

We had an early flight out of Newark so stayed here for just one night and parked our car. The hotel was clean, although appeared to need a bit of an updating. We enjoyed the bar for a drink after our 3 hour drive there. The bed was super comfortable and the included wifi was nice. A refrigerator would have been nice also but I just stuck my breakfast yogurt on ice and it was fine the next morning. We didn't have to wait too long for the shuttle to and from the airport.

This hotel is old and needs alot of work. Restaurant is way overpriced for the quality of food and I had to pay 12.00 for internet connection. Motel 6 gives you internet for free. I will take my business elsewhere from no on. There are better hotels in the area that are equally priced and better quality.

The service was very good and the price was great since it including airport service and we could park there for the week. We ate in the dining room and that was good. The rooms were alittle warm but it was a cold night.

This facility is centrally located by Newark International Airport. It offers Hilton's dream mattresses which provide an excellent nights sleep. The facilities on site are very good. Security for this site is present so you do feel safe and secure during your stay.

Room Tip: They do have suites available at this site which are like a home away from home. There regular guest...

I stayed in this hotel with my husband the night of February 15 and as our flight was late and the temperature was freezing, we saw a big line waiting for the the hotel shuttle and was horrible to wait for the third, as even with warm jackets we suffered a lot waiting around 30 minutes outside (inside we would miss the shuttle because the line was very long). I was sad that the breakfast starts very late fro those who need to be at the airport earlier and that is an airport hotel , so the breakfast is included but you do not get it, because is served at 6 AM during Monday to Friday and on the weekends at 7 AM, so I felt mad about traveling without my breakfast. Before pick a hotel call them and ask what time breakfast is served during the week days and weekends.
