Anytime of the year, their ice cream is delicious. They have an amazing assortment candies and gifts in thei shops also. Don't go there is you want to save calories! Delicious

What more needs to be said? Fantastic ice cream; one of the original blend-in places I know of. Great candies next door. A local original, and a one-of-a-kind. You want a real ice cream experience? Forget the chains, and come here.

Home made, blend ins...choices are never ending! So many different ice cream flavors and all freshly made.

We love TS ice cream, here and in Princeton, although after 10 years of indulgence, I'm finding that there are very few new flavors. Appreciate having a variety of soft ice cream and yogurt choices, including fat-free and sugar-free.

Thomas Sweet serves up good ice cream. Nice fat content that results in a rich, creamy ice cream. Plus the ice cream is usually just the right consistency - slightly soft and not grainy or too frozen. My only gripe is that the scoopers (students who really couldn't care less for the most part) serve up wildly inconsistent portions - even on the same visit by the same server. Recently I ordered a single dip Dexter Freebish (my favorite - cashews, big chunks of dark chocolate and swirls of caramel in vanilla ice cream) and got two huge scoops that could barely be contained by my cone, but my granddaughter's order of a single sorbet in a cup was paltry and ridiculous for the money it cost. If you complain about a portion being too small they cop a "meh" attitude. That being said, TS is much better than the option of Cold Stone Creamery on the downtown campus, which serves overrated ice cream at inflated prices.
