The hotel desk attendant Alysia was exceptional she helped us get settled quickly and was most cooperative. The hotel was being renovated but that really didn't bother us. However I would start with the breakfast it was micro waved eggs every day, fruit, yogart sometimes oatmeal begals and bread. The attendants were nice but the food left a lot to be desired being we stayed for 7 days you can walk up the Bob Evans on the corner for a much better meal. Another issue was the volume of unruly children that were there the first night you couldn't use the gym or the pool due to the bad behavior and the staff did nothing there were children younger that 5 on the tread mills and lifting the weights. One real BIG problem is the curtains you can see right through them at night there are only shears with a decorative side panels that wouldn't draw nothing else. The shower operated poorly being the actuator didn't properly close off the faucet poor quality is the problem there.

We stayed here for 2 nights in May based on the reviews and because it was the best rated Marriott hotel in the area. The staff is very courteous and friendly. We stayed in a nonsmoking standard king room. The rooms however are somewhat outdated and small and the walls are paper thin. The breakfast was great too have. The biggest complaint was that you could hear everything from kids running down the hall to toilet flushing. It very hard to sleep. Overall would reccommend to someone on a budget.

Nice hotel to stay. Staff is very courtious and friendly espicially the one who serve breakfast. The rooms are very clean after the renovation. The parking gets little crowdy but there is room to park.
The neibourhood has plenty of resturants.

It's tricky getting to the property from the NJ Turnpike - 3 lane changes required in a short space on a busy road. Very busy property on weekends - we had high school lacrosse teams a a Jehovah's Witness convention. Nevertheless, the property was quiet except for the elevators. Buffet could have been a disaster but with 3 staff refilling food all was well.

This is my first review on trip advisor but I had to share my experience. First of all, I am a Platinum Elite member and have never stayed at this or any Fairfield inn, Very Friendly staff, surprised how nice the rooms were, and very clean. No scraps of other guests around the room. I was very surprised by the breakfast that was served...etc, waffles, etc...I was feeling sick when I got back last night and the woman behind the desk offered to find a walk-in medical center for me. Staff was friendly, and it was just a very good experience. If you are in the Cherry Hill are, or Philly(20 minutes away, cost being a concern($89) I highly recommend you stay there.
