We only stayed here for 1 night. The bags were supposed to be taken to the rooms.....but this did not happen. The bags were left outside the door, but not our door! I had to find them myself after waiting for 1 hour. At least they were taken to the correct floor.

Service in the bar was just about adequate but there were long periods where there was no one to serve us.

Since priceline put hus here, we decided to check it out, and it really was just fine for a few nights. Pros: big rooms, accomodating staff (we wanted king beds and non-smoking), in room coffee, easy to find, quiet, self-control temperature, free parking, comfy mattresses, lots of pillows. Cons: Currently in renovation-- only two elevators and one seemed to have a mind of its own, those yucky old bedspreads-- not duvets like Marriot and Sheraton, the room was clearly aged, but efforts had been made to cover water spots and furniture dents. All in all, not a luxury property but fine for a couple of nights and a great deal with priceline.

Wonderful experience. I went in telling them that they had awful reviews. They acknowledged that that was 2006 and they have since changed ownership, mgt., staff.
all of these things were GREAT!
the front desk staff, maintenence, etc. was wonderful and very helpful. they upgraded us to executive level just to please us! we spent lots of time with them researching restaurants in the area, quickly responded so nicely with toothbrush, toilet fixing, etc.
did absolutely everything they could to please us. multiple letters thruout the hotel apologizing for the renovation inconvieniences.
toilet didn't flush, they had to send us soap- don't know how they forgot to stock the room with that.
just a wonderful experience. after renovations, this should be an all around 10!

If you are accustomed to Wyndham being upscale/luxury then you will be extremely dissappointed. This is a hotel that has been neglected and needs a lot of work. It's more of a 2 - 2.5 star and will be a 3 star again after a few million dollars worth of renovations.

The lobby is nice, but it stops after that. The elevators are unpredicatable, wall paper in the rooms are peeling, the shower and tub are old, the phone was dirty the list is too long to type it al.

I payed $67/night on Hotwire and would have been very upset had a paid a penny more.

There are much nicer hotels in the area. Stay here only if you must and don't stay long.

The bathroom floor was dirty. The shower smelled like urine, as well as the carpet in the room itself. There was a slight hint of cigarette smoke in the room, but it could have been a smoking room. There was also a deal with lost property of mine, and it not being found.

Horrendous experience that wil end up costing triple for my personal items that weren't returned.

Recently stayed here for 2 nights. Furnishings were shabby, rooms were noisy and 1 or two elevators were broken the entire stay. Breakfasts were good but overall impression of hotel was poor. Staff were courteous but not well-trained. Pool is inside and non-apealing.
