We were caught in traffic on the NJ Turnpike and stubbled on this hotel - what an oasis! The staff was welcoming and friendly, the room was incredibly comfortable with great beds!! We had dinner at the restaurant and it was wonderful with couch like seating and great service. It meets all the standards of a Westin Hotel, we would highly recommend it!

I booked one night at the Westin Mount Laurel through the Starwood Guest Program using my points. The hotel is conveniently located almost at the NJ turnpike entrance and minutes from great shopping and restaurants.

The property appears to be brand new or very recently renovated. The lobby is small but functional. There were many meeting rooms and a large ballroom. The staff was accomodating but not overly so.

I requested a room away from the elevators and I got my wish in the form of a nice sized king bed room at the very end of the hallway. Despite overlooking the road, my room was very quiet. The color scheme was soothing and the furnishings were comfortable. I've been in too many hotel rooms where the chairs look welcoming but are actually fabric covered rocks. Not the case here - both the chair and the chaise were comfy. At first I was concerned about the dim lighting at the desk area but the lights in the rest of the room made up for it. The heavenly bed and bath were just as expected. The bathroom was super clean and a nice size.

I did not use the restaurant or the fitness center on this trip. While I was at the hotel less than 24 hours, I would definitely recommend this place not only for business travelers but for families as well.

We stayed when they first opened, however, one would think that since it bears the Westin name, that should not have made a diffierence. They were clearly not ready and hadn't worked out the kinks. There were errors on our bill, so I would advise guests to check their credit cards very thoroughly.
For anyone planning an affair at the Westin as well as using the hotel, think twice. Check other venues before signing on the line. There are lots of promises made and not delivered on!

I stayed here because a function I attended was at the Regency Palace. I was not at all impressed with the room. The lobby was nice and the staff friendly, but the rooms themselves were nothing to write home about. The bathroom needed renovating. The tub was flaking and the counter/sink were so low as to bother my back. I couldn't even take a shower there. All in all, not worth the money.

Just came back from this hotel. It was conveniently located at exit 4 of New Jersey Turnpike and I-295 and RT 73. I did not check in till visit the only one PF Changs China Bistro in New Jersey at Marlton NJ ----------------------------- There were a long line outside the restaurant; so I just went check out the Apple computer store at the same shopping center first, but I was wrong, the line were even longer when the mall closed. (may have to go next time).

When I checked in, I was told it was sold out the night and, therefore, I was given only one keycard; they ran out of it. There were family reunion and wedding that make this 100 room hotel full of people. I did not get to use the entertainment coupon for the on promises Regency Sports Bar for dinner or lunch because it closed at 10pm and open after the I had the nice complimentary breakfast, which is great with very professional made fruit platter, but very few people there eating breakfast because buses of people left very early that woke me up. The front desk did not tell me about the complimentary breakfast, but I saw it from the Ramada book.

I guess that the breakfast looks so nice was due to the Regency Palace right connected to the hotel which has 3 big ballroom and seperated luxurous entry with color fountain in front. Somehow the cardkey says "Regency Palace", I guess that could be the name of hotel before.

There were planty of free parking lots because most guest came from bus for reunion. Besides, Greyhound bus stop was right across street. There are many other hotels around like Radisson, so are restaurants along Rt 73. Mt Laurel NJ is itself a cluster of hotels near Philadelphia, about 10 miles.

The lobby looks good with some sofa set in front of front desk, the other side has lots of sofa set for breakfast, and next to it is Regency Sports Cafe. The outdoor swimming pool has a direct connection to 1st floor hallway with nice light. Many people were using it. At night, it looks great.

The lights were very shine at hallway, but the hotel seems to be an old one with many news replacement. I guess the up keep is still going on ... The room also intermix with old and new furnitures and decorations. TV has many channels including cartoon network.

The bathroom layout is different than almost all other hundreds of hotels I ever visited. The toilet facing tub making the bathroom looks bigger. The beds are comfortable.

After checked out we went to check out Battleships New Jersey at Camden ----------------------------------------- which also has entertainment coupon (but we end up join the membership for $62 a year; it is great and worth revisit). It is very close to the hotel and Mt Laurel in general.
