This Hotel is more a apartment complex. The rooms are nothing special but for the price a good deal. The rooms are clean and good equipped (2 TV's) and they have a small kitchen too. Its quiet and a good location in case of street connections. You get a small breakfast and some newspaper, thats what you need for a quick stop in the morning. The only thing I think should be changed is the kiosk in the lobby. its a kind of low end bodega with a crazy mix of products. Not very professional. The front desk staff is very friendly and try to help.

Having never stayed a Hyatt House before, thought would try one. I was extremely disappointed to find that the room was exactly like a Hyatt Place in Belmont, CA that I stayed at in 2009 (when I told myself that would the first and last time I ever stay at the Hyatt Place), not sure how that can be. The small bathroom and townhome/motel setting just does not work for me, the property itself is probably fine for those who regularly stay at the long-term/extended stay type setting hotels. My room had some toilet plumbing issues but the shower plumbing was good. Some of the staffs I encountered were friendly. There are television channels in HD and the rooms are equipped with DVD players in the living room area. I did not see any signage on the roadside, but make a right turn from Route 73 when you see the Hyatt Place; once you turn, you will soon see Hyatt House on your right hand side.

This hotel was very clean and has the most comfortable beds !! The staff was so pleasant and always accommodating. This is a great place especially if you are traveling with children. The hotel is beautiful inside and out!! Thanks for the great experience :)

This is a nice all-suites hotel in a convenient location in Mt. Laurel. The rooms are well kept and spacious. The beds are comfortable. The high speed internet in my room was rather slow and had difficulty streaming video on my ipad, but was adequate for things like email and web browsing. It should be noted that this hotel does not have elevators and does have exterior corridors. The breakfast is not as good as Homewood Suites or Residence Inn (fewer selections). The soap, shampoo, and conditioner have a very heavy perfume smell that I find unpleasant. This hotel isn't a bad choice, but there are better choices in the same area.

this hotel was like a mini apartment! full kitchen: full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove and even silverware and dishes! We had one king size comfortable bed and two regular size beds. Plenty of blankets and pillows. I hate asking the front desk for extra as if it is such a demand. 3 flat screen tv's which satisfied all the kids and adults. Even a dvd player. Breakfast is included and on the weekends it is available until 11am which is great since I like to sleep late. They have evening activities which is just nice to have an option. There is a nice size gym, outdoor pool, and a laundry room. Will be staying here again seeing it was affordable and near different attractions even in PA.

The room was not very clean. The rim of the toilet was very dirty (black), there was mold in the bathtub. Folded into the fold-up bed where my son was to sleep was a used Poland Springs water bottle. There was a white substance on the computer chair, I won't go into detail as to what I imagined it could be. Upon drying my hands the towel rack in the bathroom completely fell off the wall and there was a hole. Also, maintenance had to come and fix the DVD player becasue the plug did not work. We had a package where we got 2 free tickets to the waterpark and upon checking in, the woman at the front desk told us that the tickets were date specific and they were to be used that day, we did not plan on attending that night seeing how it was closing in 2 hours. She said they would have to call over the next day and have it approved to the use the tickets the next day. She also made it seem like it was MY fault for not telling the reservationist which day I would be attending the waterpark, how would I know the tickets were date specific if they didn't tell me?? The next morning we went to check out and get everything straightened out with the tickets and the manager told us that the tickets were NOT date specific and we could use them at any time!! REALLY? We were stressed all night about possibly having to buy new tickets when there was no problem at all. It was not a great stay and if I were to travel to this area again....I DEFINITELY would not stay here.
