I truly know Caribbean Cuisine. Being Latina and having married into a Dominican family. I cook many caribbean dishes at home. When this restaurant opened I was excited that I would no longer need to go into the inner city to get "real Spanish food". I visited with my family on a weeknight this past summer. I ordered the "Mofongo" which is my favorite. Unfortunately, it was hard and dry as were the "tostones". The waitress missed one of our entrees. She simply forgot to put the order in. She did so right away then returned with it within 3 minutes. That particular meat dish should have definitely taken at least 15 min. to prepare which leads me to believe that it's sitting around back there in the kitchen. Everyone's opinion was that the food was not freshly prepared. I will not go back and do not recommend it.
