“Closed for Almost a Year”
Review of Yuki Hana - CLOSED

I do not understand the previous review. Yuki Hana has been closed for almost a year. At one point in the early summer, there was a sign in the window saying that it would be reopening. Then that sign was gone. Now all traces of the restaurant are gone.

We did enjoy our meals at Yuki Hana, as the plates were beautiful, but they could not keep up with the competition. At one point, they went all-you-can-eat sushi, which to us is the kiss of death. We want to eat fish, not rice. When they opened, they had 30% off Mondays and Tuesdays. Then suddenly they did not any more, and since other sushi restaurants nearby do offer that discount, we never went back.

There were 5 of us out for lunch and the service and food was excellent. I had a few of their signature rolls and they were done well. It is always a good sign when the majority of the patrons are Asians at an Asian restaurant. The atmosphere is nice and we did not wait long for our food.

IF YOU LOVE TO SAVE MONEY AND LOVE GREAT, FRESH SUSHI AND JAPANESE FOOD, THEN YOU MUST TRY THIS RESTAURANT !!!!!!!!!

We were hungry for sushi, so made the 20 minutes drive to YUKI HANA and we were glad we did. They have a new promotion with all you can eat, lunch @$15.95 and dinner @ $18.95.

now, if you think it is a buffet with dry up tasteless junk you are wrong. each item you order is made fresh from the sushi bar or fresh from the kitchen and it is delicious.

Not only they allow you to order many different sushi specialty rolls we had dragon roll, volcano roll , rainbow roll all delicate and delicious , melts in your mouth

and they allow you to order al la cart, sushi/sashimi premium items such as tuna, salmon, yellow tail etc. and every thing comes out fast and delicious. again melts in your mouth sushi

best of all, They also include all the hot food items from the kitchen as part of the all you can eat, tempura were crunchy and delicious, teriyaki tender and tasty, different appetizer, soup and salad and top it all off with deserts of different ice-cream items.

their sushi is slightly warm / room temp, truly gourmet and not ice cold like most sushi restaurant. I am Asian and knows that the best sushi rice is suppose to be flavored slightly and warm/room temp and not ice cold, hard and tasteless. there is also a perfect balance of rice to fish ratio, they don't overload you with rice on each sushi pieces.

We had a full 9 courses meal, soup, salad, many appetizer, sushi, sashimi, tempura, teriyaki, and ice cream all for $38,95 all were delicious. it was such a great experience that I felt compel to write another review for them.

I know from experience, that any other japanese/sushi restaurant of this quality, our meal would have been over 100 dollars. Mikado in Marlton for example, which is close to us and we go to all the time. we are usually disappointed with our meal at Mikado and always ends up paying around $100 each meal with no hot food kitchen items in our meal or desert. only sushi.

SO, IF YOU LOVE TO SAVE MONEY AND YOU LOVE GREAT SUSHI AND JAPANESE FOOD THEN YOU MUST TRY THIS RESTAURANT !!!!!!! you won't be disappointed.

Driving down Route 70, we noticed that a new Japanese restaurant had just opened up, so we stopped by and picked up a menu. The menu looked promising, and the surroundings were attractive, so the next night we brought our 21 year old daughter who had just come home for Thanksgiving break.

The food was delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. Our cold appetizers, spicy tuna with avocado, spicy salmon tartar, and black pepper tuna were all well-made and very flavorful. The sushi rolls were arranged beautifully on a platter. The heart-shaped sweetheart roll was both clever and tasty. Our only observation is that the rolls used just a tad more rice than we would have liked. Next time we will ask for the minimum of rice.

Yuki Hana has booths on the right side of the restaurant and then the standard wooden tables and chairs for the rest of the restaurant.

Service was friendly and attentive, and prices were reasonable for the size of the rolls and the amount of fish. We will definitely be back at Yuki Hana soon!
