The last time we were in that location it was owned and run by a true character; loud, bawdy, stick to your ribs Italian food as only can be done in the NY metro area. Now, the decor is calm, clean and attractive, as is the young staff. The food is good - not over the top marvelous - but good. The prices are fair. BYO makes it even more attractive. The menu is pretty standard American Italian fare. In the middle of the bustle of the northern part of the shore, it was a nice place to go. We'll return. Only complaint? No biscotti.
