“Great beach restaurant/bar!”
Reviewed July 8, 2013

How can you go wrong? Sitting outside at the Jersey Shore looking at the ocean with cool breezes to keep you comfortable while eating some good food!
The restaurant was packed...it was 4th of July weekend....considering the amount of people at this spot the food was actually really good for "the beach"...great salads....clams casino were also delicious! We didn't try the lobster but looked like it was their specialty. So many variations to try.
We particularly liked it because it was across the street from the beach but you had beach front views and the food was not typical fried foods that are typical at the shore.
Service was good considering the crowd....bathrooms clean...great happy hour with half price drinks and reasonable Appys.

“Worst seafood, and highest prices”
Reviewed June 28, 2013

The location was perfect, and we expected great food, since entrees were above $35-$40 each and drinks $11 - $15. What a terrible disappointment. The New England clam chowder was mostly large hunks of potato, and the small clam pieces were scarce and tough. The tuna tacos were soggy and devoid of tuna. The best thing on the menu were the crab cakes $33, but the accompanying potato side was cold.

This is a total rip off ($240 for 2 adults and 3 kids) but the water dripping on our heads from the air-conditioning was free. (They did take the chowder off the bill or it would have been $250).

“Great food and view”
Reviewed June 25, 2013

The food was delicious and was served in a timely manner. the view was very nice and it was nice to have the option of dining outside or inside. It was within walking distance from our hotel. The service was also very good.

“poor service”
Reviewed June 25, 2013

My wife asked what kind of margarita's they had and the waiter said "the regular kind". I then asked if they had strawberry margarita's and he said yes "frozen". My wife asked for one with sugar on the rim. He made some insulting remarks and added that "I guess you won' need a straw". The drink indeed came with no straw. In the end an other waiter took over our table service. It was happy hour when we got there, wehad a few drinks and some appitisers and the bill came to 180.00 with tip. Service should not come with arguments for that price. Will never return!

“Go There Today”
Reviewed June 24, 2013

I have eaten at this resarunt many times, and it's always a pleasure.
We were concerned that the restaraunt was damaged, as many businesses on the shore were damaged or closed due to Sandy 2012.
The area was spared.
We went there after a business meeting and we enjoyed another great meal. Lobster, Crab, Shrimp meals were great as well as the Bloody Mary's they are famous for.
I have tried many dishes there and all met or exceeded my expectations.
Your's will also be met, if you go there.
Exceptional view, exceptional staff, exceptional food.
