Love the food, adore the servers, fried calamari the best I ever had! A little expensive but worth it or the quality.

This restaurant has been around for many years, and I guess that speaks for itself in today's times. This is a restuarant that is simple in all ways. The Owners greet you and are courteous and try to be helpful and pleasant. The decor inside is simple and resembles a tratoria in Italy.
The servers are pleasant and caring but not too much to expect since the place does get very busy, and when that happens carelessness occurs. The food is simple, does not change often, and they rely on what they perceive as their safe offerrings. The taste of the food is simple as well. The portions are on the light side but sufficient to please most people. The bread is not to die for but again simple. When it gets busy, check the temperature of the food since they always tell you do not touch the plate, but forget to tell you that the food it was holding was no longer hot. Seems that their hoding pen is a hot plate with hot lamps, but stays out too long before serving. Best to come to this restaurant when it first opens at 5:00, less noise, better attentiveness and the food comes out fairly quickly. My wife loves the ice tea which is very popular, but I for come would prefer to have more flarorful food

I have been here at least 15 times over the years ..A waiter told me that new chairs were coming next week . I always thought the chairs here were the worst . The Mango Martini was very good .The entrees are consistently delicious . I have always thought the service was excellent . I don't give 5 stars because sometimes the portions are a bit skimpy . Today I had the chopped salad for 15.50 ,and there was very little chicken ,apples or tomatoes . It tasted great . The dessert is always amazing . I had the Lemoncello custard which was spectacular ! This is a good place for any occasion -business ,family ,a date .Sitting outside is very nice ,if you can get a shady table . You can't go wrong if you eat here ,although you might spend more than you planned .

Been here numerous times for business lunches, never to have left disappointed! Food is great. Brick over pizza is a must try. If the weather is nice try sitting outside.

Love the outdoor seating on a nice warm day. I love the iced tea (free refills), delicious lasagna, salads and brick oven pizzas. Friendly service.
The only negative are the chairs - I wish they would get better chairs.
