We visit Vidalia regularly, Sal (owner / chef) and his team have never disappointed us. Once again I had the Veal Parm with Penne which is always good, my wife and friends had Eggplant Parm, chicken and a fish dish; all were very good. We opted for a 'Vidalia Onion' appetizer to start the meal which we have not had for awhile; everyone was pleased with it. The service level is very good; the staff is young and energetic and keep the courses coming without interrupting the conversations / meals.
