Property is run-down, cleanliness is lacking, policies are unusually bad and not traveler-friendly, staff is not helpful and sometimes rude. Regarding policies, here are a few examples of what this staff believes: it is okay to tell guests that no towels will be available until morning, it is okay to tell guests that they can change rooms only if they can be present in the office at mid-afternoon (what's wrong with changing rooms in the morning? -- particularly when there is a major problem with a room), it is okay to tell guests that you can't help them, it is okay to leave guests with confirmed reservations with no place to stay. I think this is the most poorly-managed hotel I have ever stayed at.

Booked room through Red Roof Inn.com, 10 days prior to trip, billed my credit card and upon arrival to check in was told they were overbooked and did not have a room. Refused to refund money, night clerk was very rude, never offered to find us a room elsewhere. Went back to her personal cell phone texting. Spent 40 minutes on hold trying to get a refund for this room. Stay at the Clarion instead, great service, great room, gave me the room for the same price.

Room was clean; staff pleasant; beds comfortable; loved that they had vending machines lol; night shift desk clerk a little dippy, but that's ok.

Amazing stay, I was concerned being right off the maor road about noise, but we stayed in the main building (with the office in it) and it was really quiet. Both clerks (evening and morning) were AMAZING! Polite and attentive! The bed was great! You can't beat a king size room for around 50 bucks! The value was spectaculor!
