“Sangria and Nachos”
Reviewed January 7, 2013

A great little Saturday lunch outing. Staff could be friendlier. When strolling through Lambertville, we stop at Lilly's for snacks.

“What a cool place!”
Reviewed January 1, 2013 via mobile

Request to sit upstairs it has a very cool vibe! I had the lamb chop which was great. Portions are large. Deserts are massive. The wine is all wines from New Jersey vineyards -- you are encouraged to bring your own wine! We will be back!

“Lilly's, not what it used to be!!”
Reviewed December 23, 2012

We have visited Lilly's since it opened. We really like the setting. However over the years we have become less and less enthusiastic. After all those years still the same menu even if it has been printed in many different lay outs it would have been nice to have some changes. Service has never been the strong point but it has gotten worse over time. Tonight they started readying the table for lunch at 7 pm when there were still many people having dinner! All those elements would have been bearable if the food would have been good. However this has gone down even more rapidly. If you order fish tacos you would hope to get home made tacos and not the ones from Old Paso bought at a local supermarket. The ahi tuna was a small piece buried under salad and of poor quality. We will wait for a change of ownership before we come back. Based on our recent experiences and an almost empty restaurant tonight our guess is it will be soon!

“Our 5th visit”
Reviewed December 19, 2012

A group of friends and I meet here every year for the past five years to celebrate the holidays. We love bringing our own wines which allows us to try different ones. We have always found the wait staff to be very attentive and the food is always very fresh and delicious. As someone else said leave room for their yummy desserts. We also enjoy our lunches here because we are a group of 6 and we are all giddy and excited to see one another so we can be a little loud so we always sit downstairs which is busy anyway. Although this year a gentleman who I assume is the manager kept staring at us from different parts of the resataurant which was a bit creepy. But our server didn't mind and she was compensated nicely.

Food & Beverage service was excellent. Food was fresh and flavorful. Enjoyed the decor, which was like an old barn.
