The seafood bisque was quite good. We met friends from the wedding here several times. They were able to put together a private room for us to gather for brunch and dinner on rather short notice. Service was excellent.

“Upscale In Downtown Lambertville”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 14, 2013

We had not been to Lambertville Station in many years. While I have good recollections of my original visit, my thoughts on the way there were - you can't always go back. But, this lovely restaurant and professional staff proved me quite wrong in a very good way. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, both nicely arranged and decorated. The host/hostess staff and wait staff were attentive and polite, but had a down-home friendliness that immediately made all of us quite comfortable. Sitting next to the old Lamberville rail line (now a re-purposed walking and biking trail) and the Lamberville canal, the restaurant blended a flavor of the downtown Lambertville rail-stop culture, with an upscale spirit of its own.

The meals that our group ordered were all well-prepared and served without much delay. I had a pork loin with a Gorgonzola and caramelized onion sauce that was both succulent and delicious. I also tasted the steak, which was an equally well prepared and tasty beef. Some at our table ordered soup and salads. Those looked fresh and our fellow-diners said they were very good. I was pleased with the wine list and found a South African Pinotage that was quite good as well.

I recommend this restaurant highly if you are planning to be in New Hope or Lambertville for a special occasion or a lovely upscale meal in downtown.

“Just special”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 14, 2013

Just a wonderful place to relax, whether it is the bar downstairs or the outside seating you feel special and back in time..that feeling of knowing someone, but they are from all parts....a little special treat over the bridge at New Hope.
