"Family" booked and paid for a block of rooms at least six months in advance for a wedding. When we all arrived we were given rooms with significant separation. Many were smoking rooms even though "non smoking" was requested. My nephew's first room had no hot water. The interior colors were drab and dated. Sort of a 1960's institutional green. The rear entrances had all the appeal of an industrial wherehouse's back door delivery. The front desk had a " we could care less" attitude. The breakfast was stale rolls coffee and a few drops of juice. If you aren't there by 9:00AM you can forget breakfast. But then, that isn't such a bad idea anyway. I survived my night there, but grieve the fact that $169.00 was spent for the room (on our behalf).
The only smile I got out of this place was the belly laugh when it was pointed out to me that this was the "number one" rated hotel in the county.
Oh, one other positive comment. I asked for an extra pillow at 12 mid-night and the early "20's something" security guard was rather friendly. Perhaps he should be working the front desk.

Just returned from 5 nights at BW Leisure Inn. My wife and I are surprised they have the BW brand label.
We booked a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room. This problem was corrected in 15 minutes.
The first afternoon, we explained there was an insufficient wireless signal for interenet service in our room. This is clearly a common problem because they were not surprised, told us the "engineer" would be to our room shortly to check on the problem, and suggested we come to the breakfast area where the signal was always strong. The engineer never came, even after we reminded the desk, the signal was never strong enough in the room during any of the five days, and the desk wasn't concerned about any of this.
"Deluxe" continental breakfast consists of: day-old rolls, orange juice, apple juice, coffee (make your own instant decaf), perhaps a few unappealing donuts, and perhaps cold cereal. The rolls were the only item which was available each morning.
A "do not disturb" request until 11:20 am resulted in our room not being made up for the day. (Their help leaves early.)
Two wash cloths for two guests is a special request.
The water in the bath room often ran brown.
Stay at a hotel where the term "guest" is understood.

I stayed there for four nights with my husband and kids. The room was O.K. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning it up everyday. They were having problems with washcloths while we were there but they always managed to find a couple for us. There was only one nice desk clerk there she worked in the mornings everyone else was pretty rude. No luggage carts which is weird for a hotel with over 100 rooms. They could do a little better with there continental breakfast. Overall it was O.K. I would stay there again

Front desk originally screwed up with our reservation: we had asked for one king size bed room for 2 nights and they only had us for one 2 double beds room for one night (we managed to change it though). Generally, every time front desk clerks would completely ignore us for a few minutes and only then turn to us with big attitude. Manager was rude. Not a single smile on anybody's face. Extremely unpleasant environment.

Housekeeping vacuumed only open areas, so you could see dirt in the corners and under the chairs. Not to mention that if you're not fluent in Spanish, there is no way you can explain to them what you need. The bathroom door wouldn't close, there was no shampoo or conditioner and no washclothes, and, WORST OF ALL, the toilet was not clean - it had hairs and drip marks all over it! We asked for an extra blanket and it wasn't delivered, so we went down for it, and the guy gave us attitude, said they didn't have any blankets and that housekeeping was gone for the day and he would have to find someone to go get it from a different room (as though we care about how he gets it). We never got it that night, and they sent it to our room next day, only after we complained to the manager.

They had a few tables and a toaster right in the lobby - it was their breakfast area, the breakfast was offered only until 9am, so if you are on a vacation and want to sleep in, there's no way you can eat in the hotel and you have to go out. They are not worth even half of what they charge! For your own peace of mind, stay away from Best Wester Leisure Inn in Lakewood, NJ!!!

Although I know it is a request for a King size bed, but it is another thing to want a clean room. We requested 1 king or queen bed for my husband and I to share after a wedding we were going to at Vanity Fare, (with the rest of the 40 other rooms this wedding party reserved), well wouldn't you know it we checked in at 1:25pm when check in began at 1pm and of course they pre blocked our rooms with out the request in mind. SO when we got to our room we call down and asked if we could change rooms and they were nasty as can be with a no. SO fine, but they we looked around the tub had a ring around it and their was little to no TP. This is unacceptable! Many other guests were disappointed with they stay, good luck staying in business to you and your RUDE STAFF!
