Recently ordered the pork loin special. It was truly delicious! Wife the lobster pot pie appy, loved it and was unable to order a dinner! Very generous portions. Plus, the ambiance of the remodeled church is awesome.

We went to Trinity with high hopes and hoping for a great dining experience. It started out fine; it is a beautiful space, and even though it took quite awhile for someone to take our order after we sat down, we weren't overly concerned. We are people who enjoy a leisurely paced dinner. Our appetizers were tasty, so we were still hopeful of a nice dinner experience. Well, there's leisurely, and then there's just inept service. We sat down to our reservation at 8pm; by 10:00pm we still hadn't been served dinner yet. Twice -- in the at least one-hour wait between being served our appetizers and finally getting our dinners -- our waitress assured us our food would be out "in two minutes". The third time she came by to promise us dinner would be there in "two minutes", we politely but firmly in no uncertain terms expressed our displeasure. She attempted to blame the delay on the kitchen, then finally admitted she "probably" should have put in the order earlier to pace the dinner properly. By this time, the people at the next table who had arrived a half hour after us were just finishing dinner, and we still hadn't been served. By the time we finally got served our dinners, after 10pm, we didn't even care. The food was just okay; certainly not worth the wait, and we were pretty disgusted by then. It would have gone a long way towards making restitution if we had been offered a complimentary dessert or a round of drinks (or even a cup of coffee!) after our lengthy wait, but we weren't offered anything except the check. We will not be giving Trinity another shot; the food wasn't good enough to warrant a second chance, and there is a specular place with great service and truly fabulous food nearby that will continue to get our business.
