Terrible experience. Line ups were an hour long to get on the slides. After 2 hours we had only gone on 2 slides and gave up waiting. Then we went in the Eze Creek and it was so crowded that we couldn't use the tubes we paid $18 to rent, just had to walk shoulder to shoulder with the other people. Gave up after 4 hours and went home. $120 for 3 of us to get in + $20 parking + $18 tube rental + $22 to rent a locker = $180 to go down 2 slides. AVOID

You should bring water shoes for walking. And bring extra clothes, Shampoo and conditioner. This was an all day visit. Also, bring an under water camera for pics under water. Of coarse have fun. Don't get disappointed over something little. Just have some fun.

I would not pay to enter this park, we went because it was included in our season pass. Many sprinklers didn't work, things needed to be painted. There is no concern for child safety, larger kids were allowed into the smaller children area and were not told to leave. Very unsafe and busy.

Our family went to Hurricane Harbor on a hot Wednesday during the month of July, 2013. From our family's experience there are some good things and quiet a few "not so good" things about Hurricane Harbor. The good things are that we enjoyed the lazy river, although with some splashing around us from individuals with no tube. The wave pool was good to a certain extent. The bad things... MANY. It began as soon as we got to the entrance in the morning around 10:45 AM. In 95 degree weather, with tickets purchased online (thinking that waiting in line would be cut short because I had purchased them earlier), I waited along with my 11 year old, a physically disabled child on crutches. There were about 3 employees working the entrance lines (security and check-in). There must have been hundreds of us in line and we waited about 45 minutes to an hour just to get in the park. I got in touch with an employee, also a supervisor at the entrance of the park, and last, a guest relations supervisor once I got inside the park… to complain about the treatment of children with disabilities (on crutches). In fact, my experience was that they are really not “physically-disabled” friendly. In that type of weather and waiting time, no child should be waiting in line, never mind a special needs child. Once you get in the park, lines to most rides are over 1 hour wait with all the fast pass individuals going right away and taking away from those who are waiting... there has to be a better organized way for these rides to function where both, regular and fast pass, can work together. Food is OK for fast food. You can pretty much expect to wait close to an hour to get your food. Refill lines for drinks? Pretty bad too. Why not have a single lane for refills with no purchase and the other with purchases? Why do we have to wait at least 30 minutes to get a refill? Wave pool? We liked the wave pool when WE WERE IN IT. We spent more time out-of-it than in it. Ridiculous with all the lifeguards blowing their whistles for us to get out of the pool so often. At the end-of-the day, the good thing was the moments we spent in the water, and the time we spent with family and friends. I will not be going back.
