We attended the hands-on "Great Summer Dishes" cooking class this past Sunday. The venue was clean, bright and cheery. The advanced preparation of trays with ingredients was welcome. We made salmon ceviche, a watermelon and heirloom tomato salad, a summer Bolognese pasta and strawberry shortcake for dessert. The dishes were all very good and the chef/instructor was knowledgeable, friendly and fun. Dinner is BYOB. It is was a great time out. We will go back.
