“Excellent!”

Great place. Convenient parking garage one block away. Staff was friendly. Food was fantastic! The highlight was the app-sized pizza w/ Serrano ham & Manchego.

“Best meal all weekend in NYC area!”
Reviewed October 25, 2012

We'd never had South American food before, but it sounded interesting and was amazing! We didn't have a reservation but were able to get a table on the outdoor patio on a cool but beautiful evening. We dined on octopus with an olive sauce, mussels, spinach empanadas, and a spiced chocolate flan along with a good savignon blanc. Our waiter was knowledgable and attentive. We were so impressed with the freshness and quality of the food. We're glad we dined outside as indoors was not as peaceful.

“Tired of the same old thing - Go here”
Reviewed September 23, 2012

I saw the owner of this cozy restaurant on television making some gorgeous food. I called and made a reservation right away and it did not disappoint. My daughter who recently traveled to South America was surprised at the authentic feel of the place and authenticity of the food. The service was very good the bartenders were friendly although very busy the waiter friendly and helpful. The food was well prepared and perfectly done. The octopus was done just right although if you are expecting fried calamari forget it. Large chunks perfect prepared. All out entrees were delicious unfortunately we were so full we did not order desserts. Go.

“Unique food and nice atmosphere”
Reviewed September 22, 2012

At a recent saturday night we reserved a table for 4 for what we hoped would be an unusual dining choice. we were not disapointed. We ordered 4 different dishes and tasted each others.
Everything was a winner. Had never tried south American food before but was not disapointed.
The waiter was helpful in explaining some of the items. Spent 2 hours there and were not rushed out. Tables are very close together. My only negative comment. Reasonable prices.
