I have eaten at Fiesta Mexicana about 6 or 7 times. I have only been disappointed once, long ago. Since then, I have ordered the same dish and was pleased, so that must have been either an ex-chef or an off day. The tomatillo sauce that comes
with a very hot red sauce and chips is among the best Mexican flavors I can recall. Be careful how much you order - the portions are very generous.

$53 before tip, dinner and drinks for two. Nice!

Pro: quick seating, delicious strawberry margarita, casual, fajita chicken outstanding
Con: chips were from a bag :(, slow service, not enough variety on fajita dish

Salsa: strange green sauce, heavy on devil weed cilantro, the red sauce was outstanding but hot hot hot! Chips were high end bagged chips, wish they were homemade

Combo plate #1: different looking quesadilla, and burrito. Rice was fantastic! Beans look like baked beans but spanish spices, weird but ok

Chicken fajita: tortillas fine, chicken was amazing, peppers and onions, guac, sour cream, but nothing else! No sauce, beans, rice. I asked for and received sliced avocado instead of guac and that was nice but needed lime. Still enjoyed it very much but felt like something was missing.

Margarita: Frozen strawberry margaritas were sooooo good. The waitress makes them herself in a cute little cabana tiki bar unit right in the main room. Very cute. Lots of tequila choices~

All in all and fun night out, a good meal, we will be back!

First time. Very happy. Service was fast and friendly. Food big portions and very flavorful. Shrimp fajitas and Beef and chicken fajitas. Seasoning was perfect. Loved the sauces on the table. Actually had heat unlike most mexican places we have been where you just get one mild sauce. Will be back!

I have been here twice and both experiences were the same. Great food and beers - Modelo Negro on tap, but the service was slow. I have to be completely honest - I do plan to go back for the food despite the service.
