First time visit to Elements Cafe. I really liked the varied choices on the tapas like menu, I enjoy trying small amounts of several things. The sweet potato soup was delicious, much better than my husband's lobster bisque. Also very good were the roasted brussel sprouts and the beet salad. We really enjoyed the entrees, the salmon and the scallops were cooked perfectly. We finished the meal with a blueberry blondie topped with ice cream, delicious!!! The menu here changes seasonally so there are always new dishes to try. The servers were very pleasant and efficient. We will definitely be back again.
