We were a party of four and arrived to find our table being set and we were quickly seated. They opened our wine and beers and let us catch up with each other. No rush, even though we were probably their last seating for the night. Bread and olives were provided. Menus came out and we placed our order for one shared appy and Rodizio for all of us. The shrimp appy was tasty with a little kick but not too much. Next came the sides, collards, chips, yucca, fried bananas, polenta, rice and yucca flour. I used my rice as a bed for each meat that as served, picking up the juices and providing a flavorful rice. The cuts of meat were too many to remember but there was the Brazilian cut of beef, plain and with Parmesan, short ribs, smoked chicken, filet wrapped in bacon, pork rib, etc, etc. The roasted pineapple with brown sugar and cinnamon was excellent as well. At the end, the owner chatted with us, even though we were the only guests left. What a great experience. We will definitely be back!
