Same concept as Carmine's but the food isn't as good. service and Atmosphere is good. The house wine was delicious and everything else was just fine.

We had eaten at other Maggiano's in the past and enjoyed. In our minds it was a bit of a pricey alternative but we were pleasantly surprised at the Hackensack Maggiano's. We were there mid-afternoon so it was almost empty and we received great service. I love the red and white checked tablecloth, old fashioned ambiance - very warm. We ordered a "regular" salad to split between the two of us and were shocked at the size! It was a huge bowl of mixed greens and veggie salad and we expected it to be expensive. It was only $10 - not bad at all, especially given the quantity and quality. My husband had a Classic Pasta and we were shocked to learn the chef provides another portion to take home at the end of the meal - you can have the same item or any other one from the Classic choices. Never heard of this before! I had Chicken Parm and I had two large pieces of chicken plus spaghetti so I had a doggy bag, too. It's a great place to go with a group so you can share various entrees and really was quite reasonable and delicious. My husband loved his baked ziti.

nice maggianos, good food as usual. Service was slow and the place was so packed that we felt as if we were sitting with other diners. I would just have to say it was an average visit. Good but nothing special to make us feel we need an other visit. Some are great and this one just didnt hit the mark.

We were seated immediately and the servers were friendly, knowledgeable about the menu & they refilled everything at a good clip. The Family Style portions are SO generous!!! You basically get refilled during the course servings. It was amazing amount of tasty foods!

We had been two times to the Maggiano's in Chevy Chase near DC....and chose this one as the first dinner during our 3 day trip to NYC.

LOVE the family style dining, loved the service and the food was incredible...

Will definitely go back!
