“Great place for a burger and beer”
Reviewed December 16, 2012

The Cabin is a great place for a burger and beer. It is a great family "sports" bar and restaurants.
Everyone is very friendly as the slogan on the shirts of the staff describes. There are no strangers at the Cabin... just people who you have not met yet. The pizza is also great.

“Great atmosphere at The Cabin”
Reviewed November 24, 2012

We have been going there for several years. The staff is very friendly. It is an excellent place to have a good meal, a drink and to watch a game. You can see one of their numerous TVs from every table. The food is consistently good, especially the pizza.

“Nice friendly bar and resturant”
Reviewed September 19, 2012

I have eaten here several times when attending a local school. The service was fairly fast and always friendly. There are two bar areas which are surrounded by tables for dining. While the fare isn't going to win any awards, the servings were well apportioned and reasonably priced.

Not a bad place for lunch or dinner.

“Nice bartenders but we got a bad meal”
Reviewed August 5, 2012

Wife ordered seared red snapper that was way over cooked, she had trouble cutting it with a knife. Specials menu said topped with Jersey tomato bruschetta and crab meat. Tomatoes being in season at this time of year they were certatainly not fresh(bland and flavorless) and had that pinkish color. Not much crab meat. I had fried shrimp off the regular menu. They were ok but your typical food service type. Side of crispy fries also ok but not my style. Can't some place make just normal fries anymore? Caeser dinner salad was drowned in dressing, but the dressing was very good..Also was charged $2.50 for a seltzer water. I thought that was a bit much. Will probabaly go back and stick with the standard bar fare. It is a nice place with a good selection of beer and the bartenders were kind and accomodating. With 2 rum and cokes the bill came to $61. If I'm going to spend that much on a meal I expect better.
